Publication of a lease entitlement

If you have a lease entitlement for which a notice has not been published please provide the evidence listed below so that it can be checked to see if an additional notice should be published.

Evidence that the application for the lease entitlement was exhibited (Form 2) in the way and for the time period required
Evidence that the Trustee Council approved the granting of the lease OR evidence that the appeal tribunal approved the granting of the lease
Evidence of the Trustee giving notification of the approval of the lease
